Miami Children’s Hospital Foundation on Not For Profit

By Hyan Freitas posted Jul 28, 2012 at 09:25 AM

The Miami Children's Hospital Foundation recently stopped by to fill us in on the latest at the organization, which benefits the Miami Children's Hospital. They also issued a challenge to the universities of SoFla. Get the call-to-arms Saturday at 2pm:

A pre-recorded interview between host Hyan F. and Jeremy Katzman of the Miami Children's Hospital will be airing on July 28th at 2pm.

When Jeremy stopped by, he brought us up to speed on the latest programs and outreach coming up in support of the Miami Children's Hospital, including an upcoming 5K walk/run. Like their other events and programs, this 5K walk will directly benefit the children of Miami that are served by the hospital. As an added bonus however, Jeremy tells us how there is something in it for college students in Miami especially.

Many people, from Pitbull to the Miami Marlins have been moved by personal stories to get involved with the MCHF and the children’s hospital. We talk about all this and more, Saturday at 2pm.

The Miami Children's Hospital is the children's hospital of Miami. For more info on the hospital visit: mch.com

For info on the 5K, and how you can get involved, check-out: mch5k.com

Let us hear from you!
