By Hyan Freitas posted Jul 21, 2012 at 09:57 AM

The staff at the Pelican Harbor Seabird Station go through a lot to rescue wildlife in Miami and across the nation.  For starters, they’ve been to the top of the Mandarin Hotel and even on clothing-optional Haulover BeachFind out why they do it and where else they’ve been today at 2pm:

Today at 2pm,  Brian Fox from the Pelican Harbor Seabird Station talks to us about the facilities mission to rescue, rehabilitate and re-release injured and/or sick wildlife in Miami.  They also work towards the conservation of this wildlife and educating the community on protecting our local species as well.
