Bassment Sessions Cinco De Mayo!

By SpinnZinn posted May 05, 2011 at 11:51 AM

Join us this week as we bid farewell to our long time resident crew SanedracHunter.

Same time as every week, Thrusdays 9pm-12am to catch the best in quality tech house, techno and minimal music!

It all started in 2008 when Facebook was in its infancy, and MySpace rulled the world of social media. I, SpinnZinn, host of Bassment Sessions was calling out to Dj's to send in demos for their chance to get to play on air.

I got an unispiring, innocent message from a certain man that called himself Luke; a demo link and a small paragraph about who he and Franccesco were: the duo SanedracHunter.

Needless to say, they came in the studio and tore it up with a mixture of banging techno and mystical soundscapes that both intrigued and scared the mind.

Fast forward to the present: MySpace is a big wall of spam and Facebook has tircked us into telling the world about the most intimate of intimates. But one thing remains constant: SanedracHunter. Unfortunately, as time moves on, things change and people move. The duo is splitting up, and no its not like they're breaking up over some one night stand or something, but rather expanding their horizons. One half shall remain in Miami, holding down the fortress of quality EDM, while the other goes on to discover a new world, far on the west side of our continent.

So be sure to tune in tongiht at 9pm to catch the last SanedracHunter resident set LIVE in the studio. If you know where we are tonight, then feel free to swing by and say goodbye to our good friends!
