Worms – East Longmeadow

-          Dead Mall

Western Mass. Heard of them through The Taxidermists because they are both part of the Music Collective Dark World. Listened to Dark World’s compilation and definitely will be playing more from them.

Jump Cut – Footprints

-          Doing Laundry!

8-bit punk. One guy, Mahaffie, who does everything himself; also in Nevermeant. Drums and bass are made in garage band but he records vocals and guitar. Most of the songs on his upcoming record are about either awkward sexual encounters, losing religion, and work, which he says is currently being  documentary film editor in LA.

Point of View – Burner

-          U-Turner

Punk out of San Jose. Definitely got the SF Bay Area Green Day vibe going, putting out some really good stuff. Bass player and main vocalist Bragg also plays with Kill The Bats, who I’ve played quite a bit.
