To select an item, simply fill in the appropriate boxes for the items and size(s) you want! When you are finished marking your choices, add the total dollar value of your items and input that number into the "Total $ Amount" answer.

Please be sure to double check your addition and verify your total amount is equal to the sum of the items you've selected. Otherwise, we will not be able to send you all of the items requested.

The final and most important step is to input your total amount into the "Donation Amount" field on the Quikpay page (accessible via wvum.org/donate), and make your donation. We are NOT collecting payment through this form. If you do not send your donation through the Quikpay page, we will not be able to fulfill your request for merchandise.
