WVUM is the flagship station for Miami Hurricanes baseball and women’s basketball. Our all-student broadcasting team announces all Hurricanes baseball and women’s basketball game. Additionally, our team calls Canes’ football, hoops and volleyball home games as well as select road games.
WVUM has been the official radio host for all games of the NCAA Coral Gables Regional and has won multiple National Broadcasting Society’s awards for “Best Audio Sports Program”. Our sports broadcasting team covers over 100 different Hurricanes’ games every year and boasts a dedicated listenership of Canes’ fans. Keep it locked!
